FIT4MIMI® is a program full of specifically designed exercise for active pregnant women.
FIT4MIMI® classes consist of walking (sport and recreational), special strengthening and stretching pregnancy exercise, toning areas that tend to weaken during pregnancy, correct breathing, and in some cases even a short lecture and a debate comprising topics that are related to pregnancy, labour and postpartum. FIT4MIMI® classes are suitable for women upon completion of the first trimester.
From spring to autumn FIT4MIMI® classes take place outside on fresh air.
